Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 2026

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Notes2Slides. In short: your notes and pictures stay in your browser.

1. Information processed in your browser

Notes, slide text and pictures

When you type or paste notes and add pictures, the page processes them on your own device to draw slides and build your PPTX or PDF. This content is not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Files you download

Downloaded files are created on your device and saved where you choose. We do not keep a copy.

Storage on your device

The page does not store your notes in cookies or in your browser’s local storage. When you close or reload the page, unsaved work is lost, so download your file before you leave.

2. Information you send us

If you use the Contact Us form, your email app opens with your message. We receive your name, email address and message only if you send the email, and we use them only to reply. We do not sell or share them.

3. Third-party services

  • Google Fonts supplies the fonts used on the page and in your slide previews.
  • cdnjs (Cloudflare) delivers the PptxGenJS and jsPDF libraries.
  • Hosting provider: the company that hosts this site may record standard technical data such as IP address and browser type in its server logs.

These services receive your IP address when your browser requests their files, as happens on most websites.

4. Cookies and advertising

The site itself does not set cookies. We may show advertisements served by third parties such as Google AdSense in the future. These vendors may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

5. Your choices

Because we do not collect your content, there is nothing for us to delete. You can contact us to ask about any message you sent, and you can block cookies in your browser settings.

6. Children

Notes2Slides is intended for general audiences, including students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how the site works, we will update this page and the effective date.
