What to include in a problem report

Please tell us your device, your browser, the template and layout you used, what you expected and what happened. If you can, say whether you were downloading a PPTX or a PDF. The more detail you give, the faster we can find the cause.

Quick fixes to try first

The download does not start

Allow downloads for this site in your browser, then try again. On a phone, check that your browser can save files to your device.

A picture does not appear

Make sure the file is a picture type your browser supports, such as JPG, PNG or WebP, and that the slide has fewer than four pictures. Select the slide before you press “Add picture from computer”.

Text looks too small

The font shrinks to fit. Split the slide into two or shorten the text, and the size will increase again.
